- On your phone, dial *894*911#
- Select Block Account
- Select Yes to confirm placing a “Post No Debit” block on your account
- Confirm your mobile number and press send. Your account remains blocked until you unblock it again.
Note that you must perform this action using your first bank-registered/linked mobile number to get a successful action.

Block First Bank Account Using Customer Service Hotline
In the case of phone or ATM card misplacement, you can contact the First Bank customer care line using any phone number. You can also visit the First Bank website or contact mail to report a missing ATM card or any other complaint.
