Samsung unveiled Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge on sale March 11, 2016

Memory and Storage:
S7 and S7 Edge are both with a 4GB RAM and their external storage capacity can be expanded up to a capacity of 200GB with SD Cards and would also be compatible with future SD cards that offer higher capacity.

Software:
Samsung introduced a new always on display feature, which allow user to check their phone without waking their phone as an effort to help conserve the power.
The S7 and S7 Edge have super AMOLED screen,which are power efficient and uses only one percent of the battery every hour.
