Types of Aeon Credit Cards

AEON was incorporated by the Ministry of Commerce in Cambodia as a private limited company on 5th of October 2011 under registration No. Co. 2380 E/2011. AEON obtained its license as a Microfinance institution from the National Bank of Cambodia on the 7th of October 2011. The company name changed to AEON Specialized Bank after obtaining its specialized bank’s licence from the National Bank of Cambodia on 25th October 2015. Mr. Tsutomu Omodera serves as the Chairman of the Board while Mr. Shuji Taniguchi holds the position of Executive Director, alongside other board members. AEON Specialized Bank has about sixteen (16) local branches and over nine hundred (900) employees. Offering services such as loans, promotions, providing installments facilities, and credit cards. Types of AEON credit cards available will be discussed in this article.

Types of Aeon Credit Cards

1. AEON Platinum Visa Card

Features:

• 10% AEON Store cashback
• 6X points on overseas spending
• 2% cashback on online spending
• 4X points at AEON: Every RM1 = 4X AEON Points inside AEON or AEON BiG stores. Every RM1 = 1X AEON Point for other transactions
• Plaza Premium Lounge: Complimentary 6X access to Plaza Premium Lounge for Principal Cardholder
• Annual Fees: Principal – RM200*, Supplementary – RM100*. *First year waived, subsequent year waived with minimum combined spending of RM18,000 per year.

Requirements:

• Principal: 21 years old
• Minimum Annual Income: RM60000 (for Malaysians)
• Supplementary: 18 years old
• Minimum Annual Income: RM48,000 (for Japanese, Malaysian PR, and MM2H applicants)
• MyKad photocopy (both sides) including Supplementary card applicant(s) MyKad (if applicable).
• Latest 3 months payslip/Form BE (with tax payment receipt)/EA/Latest 6 Months payslip for commission earners.
• Business Registration Certificate or Form 9/24/49.
• Latest 6 months Company Bank Statements/Form B with tax payment receipt.

Features:

Features:

• Aeon Appreciation Day 20th of every month: Get 5% cashback on your bill when you purchase at AEON on Thanksgiving Day.
• Aeon Big Appreciation Day 28th of every month: If you purchase at Aeon Big on ThanksgivingDay, you will receive 5% cash back on your bill.
• AEON points: Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent. Cashback at the rate of 200 points = RM1
• Plaza Premium Lounge: Both main members and family members can use the Plaza Premium Lounge for free up to 6 times/year.

11. AEON Credit Executive Business Card (By Invitation Only)

Features:

• AEON BiG & AEON Co.: Up to 1% Cashback on all retail transactions from AEON Co. and AEON BIG Stores
• Cashback: 0.5% Cashback on other retail transactions (excluding petrol and government services)
• Premium Lounge: Complimentary 6X access to Plaza Premium Lounge for Cardholder
• Travel Insurance: Up to RM1,000,000 insurance coverage.

Requirements:

• For companies, minimum shareholder funds must be at least RM50K.
• The business entity must be in operations for at least two (2) years.
• 21 years old
